Stringed puppet, being a "simple" dancing puppet for children, made from 1946 to 1956

In construction they are very similar to the SS type puppet but their feet are made from a ball cut in half. Legs were strung through bamboo.

Can be strung on a "standard control" or on a simple plywood control and were made for younger children with the box often having a label saying "Infant Control". The early sales leaflet referred to the puppet as "Ideal for children about 6 years and upwards."

Mainly found in a Brown box but some could be found in the early yellow box.
